Accommodation Description

The house has four bedrooms which can sleep ten people and is ideal for a couple of families or a group of friends looking to build unforgettable memories together.

There is one queen bed with glorious “water views”, a double bed, twin single beds with own ensuite “ for added privacy”, the other offers twin single bunk beds. Main rooms have built in robes for your convenience and a TV in the queen size bedroom. The large bathroom has a “spa sized” bath and huge double shower, a hairdryer is provided.

The fully equipped “gallery style” kitchen has “water views”, is adjacent to the deck and serves directly to the open plan dining and living room, all have spectacular “water views”. Included is all necessary electrical appliances including a slow cooker/rice cooker, omelette & sandwich maker, electric frypan/knife, bamix & coffee machine. The lounge room has a large screen plasma TV & DVD player provided, with a selection of DVD’s for your viewing pleasure.

The “sunroom” is perfect all year round, for the ultimate “romantic escape”, it has full “water views” and is warm all year round.

A large covered deck is provided to give protection from the sun and to enjoy “alfresco dining” all year round. The deck comes complete with a BBQ facility and dining setting for ten. The shaded verandah, being on the “water side” of the property, is a great place to enjoy drinks at sunset and watch the tide go by.

The children will be in heaven with their own garage, converted into a “children's retreat” that has two TV’s, a DVD, Video & Xbox, with games etc, private lounge area, fridge/freezer, coffee table, benches, a table tennis table and board games, all to create your children's own private space. The fully fenced yard provides a safe haven for the kids to play outside with the balls provided, for the dog, the boat and the cars.

For the boating enthusiast there is a concrete boat ramp 500 metres from the house which is viewable from the house, verandah and jetty.

The property will accept pets upon request. The yard is fully fenced, front and rear, with a lockable rear deck area, this is provided for pet night time accommodation.

The local beaches are pet friendly and a great place to walk your pet.
