Accommodation Discription

The House; Four bedrooms - one of which offers a queen bed,with complete " water views " one of which offers a double bed- one offers twin single beds with own ensuite - the other offers twin double bunk beds. All rooms have built in robes for your convenience. There is a large bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen and laundry.

The "gallery style kitchen" with full river views, is adjacent to the deck and serves directly to the open plan dining  and living room, all with complete water views. The lounge comes with a TV & DVD player. The main lounge area enjoys expansive views and although a TV is provided, most of your time will be spent taking in the surrounding views.

A large covered deck provided to give protection from the sun and to enjoy alfresco dining all year round. The deck comes complete with a BBQ facility and dining setting. The shaded verandah being on the river side of the property, is a great place to enjoy drinks at sunset.

The Childrens Games Room; We have a garage converted into a " children's retreat " that comes with table tennis,  board games, private lounge area, coffee table, benches, TV, DVD etc. all to create your children's own private space.

The property will accept pets upon request and has a fully fenced front and rear yard, with a lockable rear deck area provided for pet night time accomodation. Pets must be kept outside, conditions and refundable bond may apply. The local beaches are pet friendly and a great place to walk your pet.
